Requesting a refund

Contact the support address listed on your receipt with your order ID and purchase email, or use the support options in your JVZoo purchase portal. Any rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Optional coaching

Coaching is a separate $298 purchase. It includes four months of personal follow-up through Instagram DM and WhatsApp. Request a coaching refund within 3 days of the coaching purchase by emailing support with your purchase email and order ID. Course and coaching purchases have separate 3-day refund windows, each starting from its own purchase date. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
